I Will Publicly Publish My Salary And Allowances As A Legislator- Banky W Vows

Olubankole Wellington, the applicant of the Modern Democratic Party (MDP), challenging for the Eti-Osa House of Representatives situate, has pledged to distribute his income as a lawmaker whenever chose. 

Wellington, prominently called Banky W, made the declaration while talking amid a discussion against four different applicants in Lagos on Monday, February 4, 2019.


The authoritative competitor said responsibility is one of the most concerning issues in administration and wants to lead from the front to change the circumstance.

He pledged to distribute his compensation and remittances as an administrator and be straightforward in the spending of electorate assignments by counseling consistently with the general population.

He stated, "A large portion of us don't know who our delegates are, talk less of their compensation and remittances and electorate distributions that they get each year more often than not to improve themselves.


"How I intend to address it myself specifically is above all else, I'll distribute what I gain as an administrator – my compensation, my remittance, the designation given to Eti-Osa, I will distribute it.

"We will have town corridors and a functioning voting public office to connect with the network to state this is the allotment that we've gotten, this is the thing that we expect to spend it on."

The hopeful hammered lawmakers who are just in the National Assembly to advance themselves and promised to be progressively responsible to lead another time of responsibility in administration in the nation.
