Air Force Helicopter Carrying VP Osinbajo Crashes

A Nigerian Air Force helicopter on Saturday after take off crashed at Kabba and VP, Yemi Osinbajo was in it. 

As per a tweet shared by Osinbajo's Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Laolu Akande, "VP Osinbajo's Chopper crash arrives in Kabba, yet he and the whole team safe. He is proceeding with his commitment and plans for the day in Kogi State."

The Vice President and his group, who were purportedly on their approach to Lokoja, are safe.
